The LUNA Alignment Method is a pathway from survival to true embodiment.
Something feels off. You can’t name it, but you can feel it deep inside yourself. Don’t ignore that feeling––listen to your body.
-
Listen is the practice of turning inward and noticing what your body, emotions, and nervous system are communicating before judging or trying to change it.
By quieting the outside noise, we begin recognizing the sensations, emotions, needs, and intuitive signals already within us.
Listening helps us rebuild connection with ourselves and hear what may have been asking for our attention all along.
-
Where do I feel something in my body right now?
How would I describe the sensation without judging or trying to change it?
If this sensation could communicate one thing, what might it be asking me to notice?
You may have had similar feelings before. That’s not a coincidence. Understand the patterns you are experiencing.
-
Understand is the practice of becoming curious about what may be underneath what we are feeling.
We explore the patterns, beliefs, experiences, conditioning, and protective responses that may be shaping how we feel and respond today.
Instead of judging the pattern, we begin understanding where it came from, what it may have been protecting, and whether it still reflects who we are now.
-
When have I felt this before?
What tends to be happening when it appears?
What do I usually do next?
What might this pattern be trying to show me?
Don’t stop your body from doing its work. Let those feelings run their course. Give your body what it needs to process and ultimately neutralize the feelings.
-
Neutralize is the practice of creating enough regulation and space to stay present with what we have uncovered.
Rather than escaping or immediately reacting to discomfort, we allow ourselves to feel, reflect, release, take accountability, and separate what is true from what we have been carrying.
This is often the part we want to bypass. By staying with what is uncomfortable, we create the space for greater clarity to emerge.
-
What am I ready to stop fighting?
What does my body actually need right now?
What can I allow myself to feel without needing to understand or fix it?
When those feelings are neutralized, your path forward will become clear and you can live in alignment with your truth.
-
Align is the practice of choosing what comes next from greater clarity, self-trust, and intention.
After listening, understanding, and creating space around what we have uncovered, we can recognize what feels consistently true beneath the noise.
Alignment is where awareness becomes action—choosing the boundaries, behaviors, and next steps that honor what we know to be true.
-
What feels clearer now?
What do I know now that I wasn't listening to before?
What do I need?
What is one small choice I can make from that truth?
